Diamond Star Events has partnered with Traveling Teams to ensure teams playing in Diamond Star Event's tournaments will have access to quality, competitively priced hotel rooms. Once your team is accepted into the tournament, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reserve your rooms.

Both the Star & Strikes and the Appalachian Challenge Showcase Tournaments are “Stay to Play” events. Each team is required to book a minimum of eight rooms per night. Organizations with more than one team participating will be expected to book a minimum of eight rooms per night per team. Teams may secure their own accommodations by exercising the “Hotel Buyout” option of $1000 per team. The “Hotel Buyout Document” and payment must be received by May 15, 2021 for the Stars & Strikes Showcase and by July 26 for the Appalachian Challenge.
